Fairfield Local Elementary
At Fairfield Local Elementary, PAX and PBIS work together to create a positive, predictable, and supportive learning environment for all students. PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) provides the framework for teaching and reinforcing our schoolwide expectations, Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Kind. PAX (Peace, Productivity, Health, and Happiness) gives us practical strategies to build those behaviors in every classroom.
Through PAX, students learn self-regulation, teamwork, and leadership skills that help them thrive both academically and socially. Together, PBIS and PAX empower our students to make positive choices, support one another and demonstrate the characteristics of a Fairfield Lion!
